This app, a digital director's viewfinder, offers a detailed field of view preview for your future shots. Simply select your camera from the menu and adjust the focal length using the wheel.

Supported cameras include:

</ul>

Magic ViewFinder also allows you to experiment with telephoto adapters or anamorphic optics via the menu. Furthermore, you can choose the frame guide's aspect ratio overlaying on your image.

Enhance your previews by applying commonly used color presets (LUTs) to the live picture, bringing you closer to achieving your desired final shot. You can save your settings for future reference, including focal length, tilt, roll, date and time, and camera/lens information.

For greater control over your photos, Magic ViewFinder enables you to lock exposure and toggle autofocus while capturing images.

The app maintains a middle-speed center-based autofocus at the beginning to ensure sharp images. However, tapping on the live screen allows you to focus on specific objects. For continuous autofocus, simply long-click on the screen.

In cases where your actual camera's field of view exceeds that of your device's camera, Magic ViewFinder compensates by adding 'padding' around the image. This feature has been emulated by other viewfinder apps in the market.

Note that your Android device's position corresponds to the 'nodal point' of your lens - essentially its weighted center in terms of optics.

Utilize the Depth-Of-Field tool to examine depth-of-field boundaries as you adjust aperture and focus distance.

Regarding advertising: ads support app development. By watching a short video ad, you can access Premium Features free for two hours.

To unlock additional settings, expand camera compatibility to include Blackmagic, ARRI Alexa, Red, Sony, Canon, Nikon cameras along with optical adapters and frame guides, as well as remove ads entirely, consider subscribing to the paid Premium Features or purchasing the Magic Universal ViewFinder app.

Please ensure optimal performance by using devices with HD or Full HD displays; older or smaller devices may experience limitations in functionality.

Calibration is advised for precise app operation. Initiate calibration from the menu following instructions available on our website.
